The Compassionate Friends
The Compassionate Friends is formed by and for parents whose children have died, at any age, from any cause, at any time. TCF is an international self-help, non-profit organization, offering friendship, understanding, grief education and hope for the future to all bereaved parents. Membership is open to all bereaved parents, adult siblings and grandparents.
Support group meets the last Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. at the People Place.

Annual Garden Tour
Tickets are now on sale!
Our 21st annual People Place Garden Tour takes place Saturday, June 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This self-guided tour features nine beautiful gardens, along with live acoustic music and art available by raffle donation. Tickets are $20, available at People Place, Briteland Farm & Garden, Oopsie Daisy Flowers, Swan Lake Market & Garden, The Flower Spot Garden Centre, Nicholas Alexander in Vernon and Kelowna, Blue Mountain Nursery in Armstrong.
